Terms
These terms cover the Agentdex website and the digital packs we sell. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Agentdex is a curated directory of AI tools and AI agents. Our team selects, tests, and reviews every listing. It is not a marketplace. Third parties cannot sell through Agentdex, and we never take payments for other companies' products. The only things we sell are our own digital packs: prompt packs and AI agent configuration packs, priced from $5 to $29 as one-time purchases, with checkout through Polar. Software companies can buy clearly labeled advertising slots. Those slots buy visibility only and never affect rankings or scores.
The directory
Listings are our editorial notes. Scores are preliminary. They are opinions from a short hands-on pass, not a certified benchmark and not a promise about a vendor product. Tool names and trademarks belong to their owners. We are not those companies. A listing is not an endorsement you can quote as an official score.
Packs
When you buy a pack, you buy a license to use the files we deliver. You may use and modify them in projects you own or are paid to build. You may not resell the files, post them publicly, or present them as a different product. The file README repeats this. Checkout is handled by Polar. Delivery is by email and a download link right after checkout. Refunds are described on the refunds page.
Advertising
A sponsorship buys a labeled placement. It does not buy a change to rankings, scores, or which tools appear in the directory.
The site
The site is provided as-is. We will fix a pack that does not arrive or does not open, as the refund policy says. We are not liable for what a third-party tool does after you follow a link to its site.
