Refunds

If the files do not work, or they never arrived, you can have the money back within 14 days of checkout.

What we refund

  • The download was not delivered by email or link after Polar checkout.
  • The files do not open, or they are not the pack you paid for.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days. Use the address you paid with, and include the pack name. We refund the Polar charge for that order.

What this does not cover

A change of mind after the files arrived and opened is not this policy. The packs are digital files we wrote. They are not a license to Cursor, Claude, or a product from any other company, and buying a pack does not change a listing.
