When do the files show up?
Digital files are delivered by email and a download link right after checkout. Check the inbox you used on Polar, including spam, before you write to us.
What if the link fails or the files do not open?
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. If the files do not work or were not delivered, the refund policy covers that for 14 days.
Do you sell other companies' tools?
No. Agentdex is not a marketplace. Third parties cannot sell through the site, and we never take payment for another company's product. The directory is editorial. The packs are files we wrote.
Can an ad change a score?
No. Advertising slots are labeled and buy visibility only. They never affect rankings or scores.
Who do I write?
Email [email protected]. That is the support address for delivery, refunds, and sponsorships.
How do I leave the email list?
Use the unsubscribe link in a list email, or write [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The homepage form is how you join. It is not a receipt for a pack.
